Passionfruit Batida

PASSIONFRUIT BATIDA

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. cachaça

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. passionfruit syrup

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. coconut cream

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with lime wheel

A Batida is a popular Brazilian cocktail made with the national spirit, cachaça, a type of distilled spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice.
