Piña Verde
PIÑA VERDE
1½ oz. / 45 ml. Green Chartreuse
1½ oz. / 45 ml. pineapple juice
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. coconut cream
½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lime juice
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with mint bouquet

This recipe is by the brilliant Erick Castro-Diaz (@hungrybartender), who created the drink for his Polite Provisions bar in San Diego, CA. This piña colada riff subs out rum for the delicious (and now hard to find) Green Chartreuse. Since I just scored a bottle over the weekend, what better way to put it to use? Cheers y’all!
