ROMAN HOLIDAY

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. Amaro Meletti

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. Campari

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. cold brew concentrate

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. pineapple juice

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

  • 1 tsp. / 5 ml. demerara syrup

  • 4 drops saline solution

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish flamed cinnamon stick

This cocktail comes from Nandini Khaund who made it for Cindy's Chicago Athletic Association Hotel. It is described as a caffeine-loaded Jungle Bird riff, so how could I not make it? It may not have rum, but it is loaded with amaro. Cheers y’all!
