SEE NO EVIL

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. mezcal

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. orgeat

  • hot sauce

  • Angostura bitters to float

  • fresh nutmeg to garnish

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / float bitters / garnish with mint bouquet and nutmeg

ABOUT
This drink was created by the brilliant Anders Erickson (@anderserickson). The story goes that a regular of Erickson asked him to make a tiki-esque mezcal drink, which led to this creation. The name was given by the regular as See No Evil by Television was playing at the time. It’s smoky, spicy, and juicy. Cheers y’all!
