SILENT NIGHT
1½ oz. / 45 ml. overproof rum (OFTD)
½ oz. / 15 ml. crème de cacao
½ oz. / 15 ml. crème de menthe
½ oz. / 15 ml. coffee liqueur
1 oz. / 30 ml. espresso
1 dash saline solution
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with coffee beans

This is my winter twist on an Espresso Martini. It’s bold and warm with overproof rum, layered with rich chocolate, refreshing mint, and a touch of salt to balance and accentuate the flavors. The name felt right—it’s dark, boozy, and guaranteed to quiet the holiday chaos. Cheers y’all!
