SISTER MIDNIGHT

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. Jamaican rum (Appleton Estate Signature)

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. overproof Jamaican rum (Smith and Cross)

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Yellow Chartreuse

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. spiced pear liqueur (St. George)

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora / no garnish

By Jon Armstrong (2016) and found in Death & Company: Welcome Home. What originally started as a simple 3-ingredient drink was made a bit more complicated with an addition of a second rum. He was given the suggestion to add a funky rum (Smith and Cross), to make it more interesting, and boy am I happy he did! Cheers y’all!
