Irish Maid
IRISH MAID
2 oz. / 60 ml. Irish whiskey
½ oz. / 15 ml. elderflower liqueur
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. simple syrup
2 slices cucumber
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / fine strain into a glass over fresh ice / garnish with cucumber slice

This cocktail was created by Jack McGarry at The Dead Rabbit (New York City), putting a smooth Irish whiskey spin on the Sam Ross original, the Kentucky Maid.
