  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. mezcal

  • 1¼ oz. / 37.5 ml. white vermouth

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. Yellow Chartreuse

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • lemon peel oil

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / express lemon peel oil over the surface / garnish with a lemon twist

ABOUT
This cocktail was created in 2016 by Dan Greenbaum at Attaboy (NYC). It is bright and herbaceous, with the smoke of the mezcal layered against the floral sweetness and subtle honey notes of the vermouth. It is balanced by citrusy Yellow Chartreuse and a touch of orange bitters. Let’s get ready for the new year! Cheers y’all!
