LOCKED IN

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. overproof Jamaican rum

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. coffee liqueur

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. espresso

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. cinnamon syrup

  • 2 dashes tiki bitters

  • 1 dash saline solution

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with coffee beans

ABOUT
This is an original espresso martini I came up with. If you’re new here, I make far too many espresso martini variations. Using any spirit beyond vodka makes the espresso martini exponentially better. Here I use a funky Jamaican rum and pair it with some tropical spices. Cheers y’all!
