Strawberry Margarita

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

• 2 oz. / 60 ml. tequila blanco

• 1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh lime juice

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. strawberry syrup (@liberandco)

• 1 dash saline solution

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into glass over fresh ice / garnish with lime wheel

I used 80:20 saline (water:salt) solution. If you don’t want to make this, sub a pinch of salt! This makes the flavors POP

A well-made margarita is delicious! Unfortunately, this simple cocktail is often bastardized with the use of sour mix 🥴 Thus, many folks are turned off by them. Dare anyone says “strawberry margarita” without someone quivering with the thought of a blended sweetened mess. Please always use fresh citrus. Cheers y’all!
