BABY TURTLE

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. tequila reposado

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. Campari

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh grapefruit juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. cinnamon syrup

  • 2 dashes saline solution

  • 1 fresh egg white

  • cinnamon to garnish

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake without ice (“dry shake”) / add ice / shake until chilled / strain over a BFC in a rocks glass / garnish with cinnamon

ABOUT
This drink is one of the most popular cocktails at San Francisco’s Trick Dog. I was told it was created by Morgan Schick, who oversaw the bar at the time. The flavors all work together and you get a nice mouthfeel from the foam. Cheers y’all!
