Bees for Pélé
BEES FOR PÉLÉ
1½ oz. / 45 ml. rhum agricole
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Yellow Chartreuse
1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. honey syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
5 drops Angostura bitters to garnish
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with Angostura bitters

This drink comes from one of my favorite bars: Cure in New Orleans. Rhiannon Enlil created this and the recipe is found in Cure’s book. This is a variation of the classic Daisy template, and a nod to the Daisy de Santiago (Yellow Chartreuse) and Bee’s Knees. Cheers y’all!
