Sweet Dreams

SWEET DREAMS

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. cacao nib-infused cognac

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. coffee liqueur

  • 1 oz. / 60 ml. coconut cold brew concentrate

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. cinnamon syrup

  • 2 dashes tiki bitters

  • orange peel oil

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / express orange peel oil over surface / garnish with orange twist

CACAO NIB-INFUSED COGNAC
8 oz. cognac + 1 tbsp. cacao nibs rapid infusion with iSi whipper or soak overnight at room temperature / strain a few times through coffee filters until clear

ABOUT
This is another original of mine that I created after making my Cognac competition cocktail (see: Co-Co-Coffee). This one utilizes much of the same flavors and ingredients, but reimagined as an espresso martini instead of old fashioned. You’ll be in dream land with this one. Cheers y’all!
