THE ONLY WAY TO SAY FAREWELL

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. gin

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. sweet vermouth

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Cynar

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Amaro Montenegro

  • 3 dashes grapefruit bitters

  • 1 barspoon olive brine

  • garnish with olives

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / garnish with skewered olives

This one is by Adam of @soundtrackmydrink. He made it to honor a friend of his who passed away suddenly in 2020. Adam attributes his love of gin and all things bitter to her. He named this one after a line in a Tarantino film, “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.” Cheers y’all!
