TIKI BITTER WORD

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. gin

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Green Chartreuse

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Campari

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. orgeat

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with maraschino cherry

ABOUT
This Last Word riff was created by Isaiah LaBelle (@onesipclub). Here, Isaiah swaps out maraschino for a red bitter liqueur (Campari). The orgeat (almond syrup) introduces some sweetness that calms down the bitterness from the Campari. It also adds a nice mouthfeel to the cocktail. Cheers y’all!
