TONY ROCKY HORROR

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. aged Jamaican rum

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Jamaican rum (high ester)

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. falernum

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. orgeat

  • 2 dashes absinthe

  • nutmeg to garnish

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into a tiki mug or glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with mint bouquet after slapping it to express oils and fresh nutmeg

This cocktail is by Sam Ross, who made it in 2017 at his speakeasy Attaboy (NYC). You can think of this drink as the lovechild between a Zombie and Mai Tai, that highlights some funky Jamaican rum. This one is named after a character in Pulp Fiction. Cheers y’all!
