WATER LILY

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. gin

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Cointreau

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. crème de violette

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lemon juice

• orange peel oil

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / strain into coupe or Nick & Nora / express orange peel oil over the surface / garnish with orange twist

For extra color, use Empress Gin or add butterfly pea extract 💜

This equal parts cocktail was created by Richie Boccato at Milk & Honey (NYC). This one is proof that sometimes, beauty is the only good thing lately.
