Bitter Reunion
BITTER REUNION
1 oz. / 30 ml. aged rum (Guyana)
1 oz. / 30 ml. overproof Jamaican rum
½ oz. / 15 ml. Campari
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. cinnamon syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into a glass over fresh ice / express grapefruit peel oil over the surface / garnish with grapefruit twist
