Calico Jack

CALICO JACK

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. light rum

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. white overproof rum

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. passionfruit liqueur

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple juice

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. coconut syrup

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with mint bouquet after slapping it to express oils and half passionfruit

This drink is by Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon), who created it during his “pirate drink making era.” This one is jam packed with tropical flavors, but rest assured it is not overly sweet. Soberon says, “This drink ain't for the faint of heart!” Cheers y’all!
