CAMPARAJILLO

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. Licor 43

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. Campari

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. espresso

  • lemon peel oil

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into a glass over fresh ice / express lemon peel oil over the surface and discard / garnish with coffee beans (optional)

Here is a bitter Carajillo to get you through the week. I have had this gem by Mike Vander Horn (@cocktail.complex) saved for months now. Rest assured, I will be making more soon. I love the interplay between the bitter, herbal, and citrus notes of the Campari with the vanilla and coffee here. Trust me here! Cheers y’all!
