EVERYTHING BUT THE FLOWERS
2 oz. / 60 ml. gin
½ oz. / 15 ml. crème de cacao
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. strawberry syrup
fresh egg white or other foamer
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake without ice (“dry shake”) / add ice / shake until chilled / strain into coupe / garnish with a dehydrated rose

I saw this cocktail shared by Liber & Co and immediately had to make it. The gin, chocolate, and lemon combo reminds me of a 20th Century cocktail (a delicious classic worth trying). The addition of the strawberry make this a wonderfully balanced sour. You’ll be making more than one of these! Cheers y’all!
