Gimme Aqua Agave

GIMME AQUA AGAVE

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. tequila

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. mezcal

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. blue curaçao

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. pineapple juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. coconut cream

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with fresh or dehydrated pineapple

ABOUT
This drink is by Brenton (@cheerstohappyhour), who created it in 2021. This cocktail is a great way to introduce folks to mezcal that might be put off by the smokiness of it. You still get some smoke, but it’s lightened by the creamy coconut. Plus, look at that color! Cheers y’all!
