Golden Triangle
GOLDEN TRIANGLE
1½ oz. / 45 ml. Irish whiskey
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. mezcal
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. banana liqueur
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. orgeat
½ oz. / 15 ml. passionfruit syrup
1 dash absinthe
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with half passionfruit (optional)

This drink was created by Brian Maxwell (@shakerofspirits) and shows you that there are tropical/tiki drinks that can use whiskey and mezcal. This one is a flavor bomb worth trying (depending on your palate, try upping the lemon and reducing orgeat). Cheers y’all!
