INSIDE THE SUN
1 oz. / 30 ml. cachaça
1 oz. / 30 ml. Amaro Montenegro
½ oz. / 15 ml. maraschino liqueur
½ oz. / 15 ml. Yellow Chartreuse
1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. ginger syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
Peychaud’s bitters to float
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / float bitters / garnish with “tattoooed” lime wedge

This drink was created by Sother Teague (@creativedrunk) for a Doom Tiki’s pop-up (New York City). This tiki drink is packed with flavor. The cachaça is crisp and the amaro and Chartreuse bring a nice richness. Cheers y’all!
