LAST MAHALO

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. white overproof rum

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. Green Chartreuse

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. coconut syrup

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. pineapple syrup

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with orchid

ABOUT
This Last Word riff was created in 2020 by Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon). I have so many cocktails saved on my phone (thanks to drinkstagram) and I’m finally working my way through reshaking them. It is similar to a Nuclear Daiquiri, but falernum is subbed out for two types of syrups. Cheers y’all!
