  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. tequila

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. pineapple juice

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. passionfruit syrup

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lime juice

  • pinch of salt

  • flamed rosemary

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with torched rosemary sprig

This drink comes from Chris Vanderginst of Mutiny Bar (Detroit, MI). This tiki drink uses tequila as the base spirit, which is non-traditional for the rum-centric genre. "I think this drink is a great example of where tiki is and where it's headed," he says. Cheers y’all!
