Kingston Negroni

KINGSTON NEGRONI

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. Jamaican rum

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. Campari

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. sweet vermouth

  • orange peel oil

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / express orange peel oil over surface / garnish with orange twist

This recipe is brought to you by Joaquín Simó, who made it in 2013 for Pouring Ribbons (New York City). Gin is subbed out for a funky Jamaican rum. This slight modification brings out all the fall flavors of banana and allspice that pair well with the orange from the Campari and sweet vermouth. A must try! Cheers y’all!
