LUCKY DAY

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. gin

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. Green Chartreuse

  • ½ oz. / 30 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz. / 30 ml. pineapple gum syrup

  • 1 basil leaf

METHOD
add all ingredients including basil leaf to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with a second basil leaf
