¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. mezcal
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Green Chartreuse
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. maraschino liqueur
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. pineapple juice
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / no garnish
NOTE: I wanted to be “extra” so I served it over a BFC, but it is typically served “up” (without ice)
