MELON VS. MEAT

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. gin

  • 2½ oz. / 75 ml. fresh honeydew juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lemon juice

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. honey syrup

  • 1 dash orange bitters

  • air-dried prosciutto to garnish

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into glass over fresh ice / garnish with air-dried prosciutto

ABOUT
This drink is by Ryan Magarian, who made it for the now closed bar Hamlet. This drink screams summer and you know I’ll be making these all season. The saltiness of the prosciutto complements the very bright, refreshing, and crushable cocktail. Don’t be afraid to dip it in! Cheers y’all!
