PINK RABBIT

  • 1¼ oz. / 37.5 ml. mezcal

  • 1¼ oz. / 37.5 ml. Amaro Montenegro

  • ¾ oz. . 22.5 ml. Campari

  • orange peel oil

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / express orange peel oil over the surface / garnish with orange twist

This cocktail comes from Clyde’s in Alexandria, Virginia, and I stumbled across it on Frederic Yarm’s (@fredericyarm) page. If you’re looking for a blog to follow, his is definitely the one! As for this cocktail, the smoky mezcal and herbaceous amaro are a wonderful duo. Campari adds a bitter note with lots of citrus. I loved every sip here! Cheers y’all!
