SATURN
1½ oz. / 45 ml. gin
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. falernum
½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. orgeat
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. passionfruit syrup
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and whip shake / dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with lemon peel wrapped maraschino cherry (to resemble Saturn’s rings)

If you’ve never made this before, you’re missing out. The Saturn is by far the most popular gin-based tiki drink (and my partner’s favorite). In a rum-dominated field, this one stands out. I love trying all the variations when out and about with my partner. This can be served blended, shaken on crushed ice, or up. Cheers y’all!
